The Mobile SecureZoneTM installed product: The MSZ100 Stolen Vehicle Recovery System consists of wireless communication with a GPS engine. This product is installed out of sight in the vehicle. It is connected directly to the primary power of the vehicle.
In addition to the tracking and location services of the portable SAT100, the MSZ100 is a theft deterrent and recovery product. In the event the customer's vehicle is stolen, the customer can alert the PROCON Monitoring Center and the attending operator can locate the car within a matter of minutes.
The law enforcement agency that corresponds to the actual geographical location of the stolen vehicle will be notified and the monitoring center operator can provide progressive location advisories to the law enforcement officers involved in the active recovery of the vehicle.
The MSZ100 can expand its service capabilities by simply adding optional accessory hardware items that are easily connected to the original security package product. With the addition of a hands-free microphone and speaker, the customer can place and receive two-way voice calls. An accelerometer unit that is plugged into the system is set to process an outbound call when the vehicle's airbags are deployed or the car has unauthorized movement. This automatic alert process will notify the monitoring center operator as to the serious nature of the event and immediately locate the vehicle and dispatch emergency assistance or notify the vehicle's owner of the unauthorized movement. The hands-free system can be remotely activated in order to speak with an injured person.
